01. The order

We understand that you may be a bit careful to order But We do have a minimum order. So you can try our products and service from €150 first.

Can I pick up my order in person?

No that is not possible! Orders are shipped by post only.

What if a product is not in stock?

It can sometimes happen that a product is (temporarily) unavailable On the shop page and can therefore not be ordered. But it can be Available in stock Try to Contact Support to be Sure about what you want to Order First.

Are the discounts applied automatically?

As soon as you place your order and it is  the same as the Discount amount or more in your shopping cart, the discount WILL NOT be applied automatically In this case you will have to CONTACT SUPPORT!!


02. Shipment

It will be packaged airtight in 3 layers and sent in a blank envelope or letterbox box.

Packages are sent through various mail order companies. This makes it important that you specify a home address as the delivery address and not a random postal point.

The costs for an insured shipment (with tracking code) within the Netherlands are €10,50 and abroad vary between €30.00 and €50. 

On the checkout page, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the country of destination.


Do you also offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for the Netherlands from €300 and all countries beyond €500. be free shipping also sent with tracking code.

When will my order be shipped?

If you are on Monday to Friday before 12.00 am ordered, your order will still be shipped the same working day. Do you have 12.00 hour later ordered, it will be the Shipped the next working day after 12.00:XNUMX PM. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail during the day. We do not use fixed times for this!

No packages will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays!

Can I track my package?

All packages are sent with a tracking code, so you can track the package and know exactly when it will be delivered.

What is the average delivery time?

The delivery times shown are only an indication!

Insured shipping (with tracking code)

  • NL – 1 to 2 working days
  • BE – 2 to 4 business days
  • DE – 2 to 4 business days
  • FR – 2 to 4 business days
  • Other European countries – 3 to 10 working days
What happens if my package is not delivered?

In some cases it may happen that a package is not delivered. as the tracking code after 14 days no longer shows updates, please do not hesitate to contact us via the LIVECHAT and do not forget to mention the order number.

03. Payments

How can I pay?

For privacy reasons you can only pay for your order with crypto. For more information about this, go to; Pay with Crypto

Why don’t you accept Ideal, Bancontact or Credit card?

As explained above, we accept Direct Bank Payments And Paypal for privacy reasons. Hence, to ensure our anonymity, we can only accept Bitcoin, Litecoin or Monero as payment.

I have paid, but my order has not yet been processed or cancelled.

Be the first to check whether your payment from your own wallet or broker account has actually been sent and is not still on “pending”.

If your payment is not on pending, check whether you have sent the full amount + transaction costs. Brokers, such as Binance, always deduct the transaction costs from the amount you withdraw. If you have only sent the total amount of your order, this is where the problem lies.

In the latter case, please contact us and clearly state your order number. We will then adjust your order and process it manually.

How long do I have to pay?

Once you have placed an order and clicked checkout, you will have a maximum of 2 hours to pay for your order. If your payment has arrived later than this, please contact us.

As soon as you have sent the full amount of your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email in your mailbox.

Delay in delivery, what now?

While we strive for prompt parcel delivery, there are occasional times when delays occur. We understand that in such situations you would like to know more about the status of your package.

Can I also order if I am not 18 years old?

Absolutely not!! To view the website, register and shop at SmoothSmookies you must be at least 18 years or older. Can be checked also by the delivery person ID age check be done upon delivery. 

Do you also ship internationally?

Internationally, we only ship to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic And Other European Countries. Shipping to other countries is not possible!

Are the photos actually of the products I receive?

All photos are true to the product and have not been taken from anywhere online. What you see in the picture is what you actually receive when you order it. Of course the shape of the top may differ slightly, but otherwise it is exactly what you see on the website.
